Synopsis
Youkai Academy looks to be a conventional boarding school, except that its pupils are monsters learning to coexist with humans.
However, there is one golden rule at Youkai Academy: any human detected on school grounds must be executed immediately!
Tsukune Aono is a typical adolescent who is unable to enroll in any high school due to his poor academic performance.
His parents enrolled him in Youkai Academy by accident as a last-ditch effort to ensure his education.
Tsukune has an unintentional run-in with Moka Akashiya, the most stunning female in college, as he enters this new world.
Tsukune's amorous exploits, encounters, and misadventures with a plethora of attractive but dangerous creatures are explored in Rosario to Vampire, a supernatural school comedy.

Main Characters
Moka Akashiya
Moka is a lovely, kind, sweet, soft-spoken, polite, and sociable young lady with a bit of naivety that leads her into trouble.
She is originally antagonistic to humans and wary of them, but she eventually comes to care for Tsukune Aono, the campus's single human.
As a kid, the Inner Moka was hidden from her younger sister, Kokoa Shuzen. Kokoa's habit of constantly attacking her to force forth her other personality irritates her.
She is cold and quiet, and she is aristocratic and arrogant, looking down on all yaki who dare to challenge her. She usually punishes monsters who target Tsukune for a variety of reasons.
Tsukune Aono
Tsukune is one of the series' most decent, kind, chivalrous, and empathetic characters. He comes to consider monsters as equals during his time at Yokai Academy.
He is willing to go to any length to defend the people he cares about. Tsukune hasn't altered as a person since becoming a vampire.
On the inside, he thinks himself to be just as human as he was on the exterior. It doesn't matter to him who he is as long as his personality is intact and he can protect and be with the people he loves.
Kurumu Kurono
Kurumu has the power to readily entice men as a succubus. Most of the boys at her school like her, but after Tsukune Aono protected her from a furious Inner Moka, she fell in love with him.
Kurumu is incredibly self-assured in her beauty, which she frequently employs in her attempts to earn Tsukune's affection.
She is a confident vocalist in anime. Even though she is fighting for Tsukune's affection with her love rivals, she treats them as sisters, especially Moka and Mizore Shirayuki.
Yukari Sendo
Yukari has a lighthearted demeanor. This comes as no surprise, given that she began high school at the age of eleven.
Yukari, despite her youth, appears to "swing both ways" when it comes to love, caring equally for Tsukune and Moka.
Unlike the other girls, Yukari has become acclimated to the concept of being in a harem by the time Fang Fang is introduced, and she does not want Tsukune to terminate things.
Yukari grew unsure of herself after Ishin Denshin shifted her personality into Fang Fang's body.

Shizuka Nekonome
Her personality is sweet and feminine. When Shizuka wears a black cat outfit, she transforms into a superhero/vigilante (Catwoman).
Despite her quickness and rapidity, she frequently says strange lines that she would say in class.
She has a great sense of balance as well. When she attacks, the strength of her claws can be devastating.
Ririko Kagome
Ms. Ririko is an enthusiastic educator who provides one-on-one lessons; yet, her narrow focus can result in excessive tutoring sessions.
She takes on the persona of a Lamia, manipulating pupils' feelings to gain information. She is enthusiastic about education and the relationships between teachers and students, unlike other adversaries.
She also has an obsession with S&M clothing. She is a power Lamia Physiology uses are Transformation, Knowledge Transfer, and Brainwashing.
Ginei Morioka
Ginei Morioka appears to be a pleasant individual at first glance. He was first smitten by Moka Akashiya and saw Tsukune Aono as a contender for her affection.
Ginei now appears to be attracted to Kurumu Kurono in the second part of Rosario + Vampire, primarily due to her G-cup breast size, as he is frequently seen touching her whenever they meet.
Ginei is the club president, but he is a slacker who is frequently absent and prefers to delegate all work to his subordinates. Ginei is a kind person and an excellent friend, despite his shallow and selfish conduct.
