The Story
Kamijou Touma, a Level 0 high school student in Academy City's Power Curriculum Program, appears to have no discernible abilities.
His right hand, which can remove both psychic and magical power and cause him tremendous misfortune, is his only distinguishing feature.
Touma becomes closely entangled with both magicians and Academy City after encountering Index, a nun, and Misaka Mikoto, a Level 5 esper.
